WHERE CAN YOU SHIP?

Currently, we are only shipping within the US (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico).

SHIPPING PROVIDER?

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days).

ARE ALL SALES FINAL?

Yes, at this moment all sales are final with no exchanges or returns.

CAN I CHANGE OR EDIT MY ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING?

Please contact hellobetterdaybetteryou@gmail.com immediately before your package ships and I'll do my best to get it corrected for you. No worries!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are first processed and fulfilled within 5 business days. You will receive two email notifications, one when your order has been received and one when it's on the way (the best part).

Some items, such as the candles may need to be made from scratch, etc.

Please remember if your order is placed on a Friday or over the weekend, they will be shipped the following business day.

MY PACKAGE IS LOST AND/OR STOLEN, OH NO!

Please always check your tracking first and reach out to your local USPS directly. Unfortunately, once your package leaves my home/care I'm not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
