Day! I've dreamed, manifested, and witnessed BETTERDAY come alive in my wildest dreams. It's been a journey, but we're finally here. In full transparency, I was diagnosed with lymes and auto-immune deficiencies during 2018 and still working hard to heal holistically and naturally with the help of my amazing Naturopathic Doctor. Together we've completely reshaped the way I eat, live, think and treat my diagnosis. From that moment on; no matter what I buy, put in/on my body, or choose to purchase I'm always in search of natural/healthier alternatives. This is where BETTERDAY started! My goal is to bring you clean and safe products that make you feel good on the inside and out. When I was at my lowest, everyday I strove to do something (even if it was one simple thing) for myself in the form of self-care that brought me good energy. This could be yoga, meditation, morning smoothies, face masks, candles, saging, chakra cleanses, and the list goes on. Big or small, never stop doing the things that make for a #BETTERDAY.
